White Radish design their menus around the seasons, using quality produce from their farm and local suppliers whenever possible. They head up the Slow Food Movement for Cornwall and together they have a wealth of training and experience in the hospitality and wedding industry, both working to a very high standard. Classically French trained, their food ranges from plated meals, sharing menus, grazing stations, BBQ’s, Hog and Lamb Roasts, Feasts, Wedding Cakes and Dessert Tables. They design bespoke menus and are renowned for their delicious canapés, classic cooking and of course their show-stopping presentation.
